Though fictional, it is explores the impact of key events that took place in Jamaica at that time – increased tourism following the filming of Ian Fleming’s Dr No, the Cuban Missile Crisis and political independence from Great Britain. With an all female cast, this play was developed as part of the Critical Mass programme at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry and opened in March 2016.
